Do you provide homeowners insurance inspections?

Yes, we can provide a detailed inspection to identify any damage and can work directly with your insurance company to ensure you get the repairs you need.

I've heard about free roofs for insurance claims, do I have to pay my insurance deductible?

Yes, Texas House Bill HB2102 (Chapter 707) effective September 1, 2019, requires the homeowner insured under a property insurance policy to pay any deductible due for their claim. By violating this new law, both the property owner AND the contractor can be subject to significant fees and even possible jail time (section 707.006C)

Do you provide services other than roofing?

Do I have to replace my gutters and downspouts?

As long as they are in good shape and are not in need of fixing or replacing then we can work around them. If your gutters or downspouts are damaged, we can replace them for you.

What if my newly installed roof leaks?

We stand by our work, so if there are any leaks in your new roof, we cover the repair cost to the roof and any damage caused by the leak.

What kind of warranty do you provide?

All of our complete roof replacements come backed with a 5 year warranty on labor. The shingles are covered by the manufacturer, and this warranty timeframe depends on the type of shingle installed.
